The Meat Lover Set includes a starter, mushroom scented truffle soup and a platter of Grilled Australian Rib Eye, Rack of Lamb and Chorizo Sausages with a medley of sauces.
The Seafood Phuket Cuisine begins with a local favourite, Phuket Pineapple & Prawn Salad. Chilled oysters and a seafood platter with grilled Phuket lobster, tiger prawns, squid and fish of the day are highlights.
Green & Gain pays homage to vegetables and brings out the best flavours in spring rolls, tofu satay, mushroom Tom Yum soup and a rich Massaman curry with sweet potatoes.
Are you in the mood for some barbecue in style? Select from a wide range of seafood, meat & wonderful skewers, prepared fresh for you. Grilled Australian beef, Rack of Lamb Chorizo Sausages, Phuket lobster, tiger prawns and oysters, just to name a few.
In-Villa dinner options are available from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm. 24 hours advance booking is required. Room service starts from 11.30 am to 10.30 pm.

The Classic is a hearty breakfast to start the day. Eggs in your preferred style are served with crispy bacon, sausage, hash browns, grilled tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms.
The Phuketian goes local and brings you fried eggs and Roti Mataba, Dim Sum and Thai-styled Chinese crullers.
The Cosmopolitan goes all out and begins with cheese and cold cuts platter, a sirloin steak and eggs benedict plus a bottle of sparkling wine.
Please contact us for the latest menu. All floating breakfast comes with freshly baked croissants, a selection of pastries, wholemeal and white toasts, fresh fruit salad, cereal, tropical fruits, orange juice, homegrown coconut and freshly brewed coffee and tea.
